1. About the Services

TrueMedAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms of Use. Portions of the Services can be viewed without a TrueMedAI Account; however, to benefit from all features you must create an account and provide certain basic information about yourself.

While utilizing the Services, you may encounter certain Content that TrueMedAI makes available to you. "Content" means text, data, graphics, images, photographs, video, audio, information, suggestions, articles, scheduling availability, guidance, and other materials provided or found through the Services.

If you are accessing the Services via an application through an Application Provider, you and we acknowledge that these Terms of Use are between you and us — not the Application Provider — and we are solely responsible for the Application. The Application Provider has no obligation to furnish maintenance, support, or warranty claims with respect to the Application.

2. Account Creation and Use

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create a TrueMedAI Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms of Use and may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and other login credentials. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not authorized by you. You will immediately notify TrueMedAI of any unauthorized access or breach of security. TrueMedAI will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply with this section.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Post or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, any TrueMedAI account, computer system, or network connected to the Services.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other methods to access the Services or collect data without TrueMedAI's express permission.
• Interfere with another user's use of the Services.

TrueMedAI reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision, including removing offending content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting users to law enforcement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property rights appearing on the Services are the property of TrueMedAI or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms of Use grants you any rights to use the TrueMedAI name or any of its logos, trademarks, or service marks, except as expressly authorized by TrueMedAI in writing.

You may view, download, and print content from the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance — without the prior written consent of TrueMedAI is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TrueMedAI does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor does it make any warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through the Services. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

TrueMedAI expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some exclusions may not apply to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueMedAI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses — resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Services.
• Any other matter relating to the Services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TrueMedAI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Services.

8. Termination

TrueMedAI may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice or liability, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use or for any other reason. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease, and you must promptly delete all copies of any content obtained through the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Travis County, Texas.
